Company A applied for h1B for me based on my USA master degree, although I obtained a Ph.D degree before from China, just because I had no time to do a notorization in order to save time. Company B offered me a position based on my Ph.D degree in China and will do the h1B transfer based on this ph.D degree. Will this become a problem? I am still working for company A and have not tell them I will leave. How much is the possibility for a h1B transfer to be denied? Has Anybody heard of denied H1B transfer case?
Thanks for your input.
Can H1B transfer get denied?
