Sorry for your bad news.

Your current lawyer is not competent. Change lawyer and appeal or do it by yourself. Look for strong independent recom letters and present your supporting evidence properly. In the meanwhile, be prepared to resubmit again if your appeal fails.

For translation, you should get help from some translation experts or get some template from your friends or simply let some Evaluation Company do it for you.
