有AP申請經驗的朋友們,幫忙嘍! ~~~~~ 咣~~~~~~

願意回貼的朋友,平安!我有幾個問題想確認,如果方便請予以幫助,先謝謝了!

1.我的140通過了,485站著呢,想明年夏天回國一趟,如果不願再去墨西哥申請第三國H1B簽證的話,是不是要申請AP呢? (想確認一下)

2.申請AP的I-131表格中,PART-1中的 CLASS OF ADMISSION 指什麽呢?

3.申請AP的I-131表格中,PART-2中的a,b,c,....我認為我應該選d:I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the US after temporary foreign travel. 對嗎?

4.有一句:If you are applying for an AP document, skip to Part 7. 那麽從4到6就不必填了吧? (想確認一下)

5.PART-7:For how many trips do you intend to use this document? 選項有one trip 和 more than trip,想選後者,那麽在審批過程中會有不同的方式和態度嗎? 頂多可以給幾次啊?

6.最後一項:If the travel document will be delivered to an overseas office,where should the notice to pick up the document be sent? 1.To the address shown in PART 2 on the first page. 請問,我不應該填這部分吧,因為我在美國國內接收.

7.在閱讀填表說明時,第5頁有一句:If you file a nonresident alien tax return or fail to file a tax return, you may be regarded as having abandoned residence in the US and as having lost your permanent resident status. 這與我的情況無關吧?
