Actually, I got one answer about this. However, when I wanted to further confirm before I planed to make an appointment, the another answer was letting me waite another 30 days and told me it did not make any sense to make an appointment with local office. I will waite until 60 days and then make an appointment. Talking with local official will have no adverse impact on my case, right?
