The first one is totally reversed, so the conclusion is ridiculous.

US doesn't ask applicants to abandon nationality of their own country after becoming US citizen. Any US citizen who apply for nationality of other country on his/her own initiative will loose US nationality. That's why you can see a lot of people with dual nationality in US, but not in China.
