I almost had 7 years

The old laber cert. got stuck in NJ for 2 1/2 years.

Then it was approved in 1998 w/o the official stamps.

Then I140 got stuck for two years. INS inquiried DOL for validation.

Then 911 came.

Then INS inquires lost in anthrux attacks, finger prints + medical expired. Also received a third inquiry for my W2 + update employment letter + an INS apology for issuing so many inquires!!!

Then called in for interview in Newark...

Asked why I had two jobs...... Why the brokerage job pays much higher and why I could still go back to the first job, etc...

I went thru anything you can imagine. As a New Yorker, I never back down.

So don't give up
