update of H1B and EB VISA

The message posted previous could be wrong. I just got this from American Immigration Lawyer Association site and it says the budget bill did not include any immigration issue except raising L1 visa fee. Please see the link below. Sorry for post such a disappointing note but we have to face it sooner or later.
