回複：There is a rarely used option to transfer an existing I485

My attorney told me I can transfer my I-485 to new application, I did not ask the detail, because I don't have to do it now. I-140 takes much loner waiting time now at CA center. It took much short time, all my friends only took two ro three months to get approved, but since this June, there is nobody get approved. an assistant professor in our department is still waiting after submitted for six months. I don't what happened to CA center. what are the officers doing..., it is the bad time
