2-3 yrs for sure,

after your PERM get approved, let's say in March, and you file 140, say approved in June. that's already ideal could be a few months longer. Then your poriority date will be 12/30/2005 (assuming that's the date you PERM get received), current EB-2 cut-off date is June 01, 2001, and moving about 3-4 months very monthly visa bulletin. So your priority date will be reached sometime in late 2007 or 2008.

As to finding a job in China as a sea turtle, you have to have very strong network. But I doubt you still have aftet being absent for 5+ years. So check with people with similar situation before any seriouis move.
