I have similiar experience. I just got my H-1B approved today. I have a bunch of degrees. I have a B.S. and M.S. in China and two M.S. in U.S. When filing petition for H-1B, my lawyer just ask for one of my M.S. in U.S. which is related to my job. My petition of H-1B was filed yesterday and got approved today.
