re-enter US with H1 or AP

Thank you very much for your answer. I read on web that there's difference between using H1 to re-enter US vs. AP. It says that if I use AP, my H1 visa will become invalid. But AP indicates I want to resume 485 processing. If I enter with H1B visa, would my 485 processing be delayed or denied?
