重貼:請教我是否需要現在就告訴移民局我正在離婚(明年才能離完)?

家庭485 pending, 對方公民, 如果現在不告訴的話, 會不會觸犯移民法律? 因為現在婚沒有離完,所以還是married 狀態. 謝謝!!
