wenxin means if this petition can be saved with appeal, so FP might be useful. Wenxing also suggested to file another petition and current FP can be used for that new petition. But I don't quite understand why current FP will work for another new petition. Current FP notice is issued based on the current 485. if current 485 is not valid anymore, the FP is still good?
