about the bill

Just call my lawyer to discuss the Budget bill.

My lawyer says the bill will definitely be passed in a few days.

But even if the bill is passed, the PD will not become current
since DOS will not admit the mess they have made.
Most likely after the bill is passed, the PD will jump one year or two.

In summary, my lawyer's advice is: don't put too much hope
on the bill, even if it's passed, PD will not become current.

Hope he is wrong.
