140pending, using AP travel safe?

NIW, VSC, 140/485 filed 9/28. AP and EAD approved. 想用AP回國，安全嗎？有人建議不要，等到140批了以後再說，可是也不知等到啥時候。急死了。可是也不敢就為現在回國過年耽誤了綠卡。明白人或有經驗的人覺得到底要不要等140批啊。
