請問如和申請AP 和EAD? 是不是要請律師還是自己下載一些表格填上即可? 從哪下載表格呢? 得等多長時間才能拿到?

H1 馬上到期了. 聽說AOS 合法. AOS 還需要申請什麽嗎? 比如填什麽
表? 還是什麽也不用做? 但I94 要過期了, AOS 回國後再回來會不會有問題?

renew H1B if possible. You are defalut in AOS if you have submitted 485. There is nothing more you can do with regard to AOS as long as your 485 is valid.

You can come back with AP but no gurantee! It seems that you will get no problem if your 140 has been approved.
