移民加拿大問題請教有經驗前輩

住在美國,想自己辦加移民,看見有關無犯罪記錄要求,在美國住過需要state certificate and FBI certificate. 真是麻煩,到那裏去辦這些東東? 請教有經驗大哥大姐,幫我指點迷經.多謝!
