Yes, it is NIW. LUD for I-140 is 10/6(notice) and 12/08(approve). There are several LUD for I-1485. The latest one is 12/01. But I don't know what happen to my I485 and why they updated my 485 on 12/01. I didn't apply I131 and I765.
