NIW 140 approved, 485 filed, H1B transfer, I-129填表請教. 謝謝

如題, POSTDOC, 申請NIW, 140已批,485已遞.現轉去另一大學做同樣工作.需要做 H1B Transfer. 新單位要我填表I-129 表.
該表的 Part4, Question7: Have you ever filed an immigrant petition for any person in this petition? If Yes, explain on separate paper.
請問, 這個問題我應該答YES, 但是會不會影響H1B transfer? 如何Explain合適? 是否應該告訴有EAD卡? 請過來人指點指點. 謝謝謝謝!!!
