Are you kidding only provide a list.

The letter is the first thing an officer will read, you don't want that to be the last. The purpose of this letter is to convince the officer you are really good. So you should detail all your strong points, refering to the letters, publications, etc. What you prepared is a list of exibits, that doesn't show which is the key.

If you don't know how to do it, buy a DIY kit or hire a good lawyer. Don't be kidding with your life.
