緊急求助，關於485 pending期間找工作

我色140通過，現找到一個公司，但是這個公司的job deion和我申請NIW時的research deion不一致，我如果用EAD去工作，問公司如果雇用我是否合法，這是公司提出的問題,請高手幫忙
