So-So Background: Biology, PhD in China. 4 papers in English(3 as first author),4 papers in Chinese (3 as first author). 10 conference abstracts in international meeting. Some citations. Once reviewer experience.

7 rec.letters (5 indepdent) for original subm.
4 rec. letters (3 indepdent) for RFE.
All references are not big guys, just professors from USA, UK and Canad.

A lot of information is obtained from this web. Thank you for all your guys. I'll talk more lessons when have time.
