It is hard to image what the progress of PD at USCIS on earth means to most applicants and those bureaucrats at goveroment. Approval of I485 comes true after meeting 3 prerequisites supposedly: 1.visa bulletin announce that your PD current; 2. your filing time of I485 at certain service center has passed the process time frame at this center; 3 you have submitted all necessary information or complementary document, such as ref, rebut or FP1,2,3, whatever... and then you start to expect mail or electrical mail with exciting message to appear in your mail box.
But, reality is not like that recently. I have kept eyes on this forum for a pretty long time witnessing no approvl of I485 since Oct 1st, even after bulletin #88 proceded so much PD in mid Nov. I really want to know what happen to those applicants from mainland china whose status meet the above requirements. If their files did stack on the tables of offcials at immigration dept. before, We should have seen positive feedback from them. NOTHING. ????.....
