help for H-1b changing job

I am H-1b holder working in a University. My H-1b will be expired in July, 2006. I am now planing to change job in the same University. Do any brothers and sisters have the experiences on this issue? Do I need apply for a new H-1b or transfering my H-1b or how should I do? Thanks a lot.
