485pending換工作的問題

學校博士後, EB-OR, I-140 已批, 485 PENDING, 老板告知資金出現問題, 必須另尋位置. 請教明白人, 如果換到工業界的位置, 會影響到綠卡的批準嗎? 我從事的課題非常偏, 不大可能找到類似的位置. 如果換到另一學校從事不同的課題, 會對綠卡有幫助嗎? 是不是不可以接受工業界的博士後位置? 懇請幫助, 不勝感激.
