Need your help for 485RFE and many thanks in advance.

Recently my spouse got a 485 RFE as follows:

"Submit a signed and fully completed Affidavit of Support, Form I-864 or Form I-134, as applicable.
This form must be signed before a Notary Public or an Immigration Officer."

Currently I am on H1B, my spouse on H4, my I140 has been approved and our 485s are pending.

My question is what form I should use, I-864 or I-134. I have read the instructions for both forms and cannot figure it out. It will be helpful to everyone here if you can tell the difference between I134 and I864.

Please share your expereince and thought. Thanks a lot.
