1. Dural Status: F-1 and AOS. If she uses EAD, her status will be AOS and she will lose F-1.

2. If she wants to drop F-1 and change back to H4, then why she applied F-1?.
Since she is F-1, she has to register in SERVIS system and take enough courses for Full time student.

H4 is more flexiable. she can enroll in a study program and take less classes. She can also use EAD to work while in school. With F-1, she can only work in school. If she uses EAD, she will lose F-1.
