Honestly, I never dealt with any RFE before so that I don't have any actual experience. In my opinion based on what I read from your REF, some good recommendation letters should do it. try to answer every question in your recommendation letters. like,
(1) your work is in NIW and that's easy to do.
(2) your are excellent. you need some positive comments on what you have done. (you must be considered better than most if not all individuals in your field)
(3) your future work is crucial for national interest and you are indispensable. so that the LC should be waived.
