a guy with NIW GC is a realtor now

he got it because his advisor is a noble prize winner(biology). then he became a programmer - irralevant to his major. then he's unemployed. a while ago he's a realtor. realtor is something a high school graduate can do.
I wonder how many people become faculties or hold pretigeous positions in a good company after GC. No one knows.
