I-485 Family Based, I-765 and Advanced Parole I-131-family based-must be mailed directly to the Chicago Lockbox either concurrently or separately. USCIS, PO Box 805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120.
I-485 for Indochinese Parolees under sec. 586 of public law 106-429 must send to USCIS Nebraska Service Center, PO Box 87485, Lincoln, NE 68501-7485
I-765 renewals and replacements send to USCIS EAD/AP, PO Box 194207, San Francisco, California, 94119-4207 IF your I-485 is pending at the San Francisco District Office
