My hu*****and has the same situation as yours. B1-F1-H1B. I came with F2 and now I am F1. I haven't go back to China almost 4 years. I am wondering the poosiblilty that my F-1 will be rejected if I am goining back and reapply F-1 in China. Because I am afraid his status will affect my visa issue.

My parentss visa application was rejected because the visa office told them your son-in-law went to U.S with B1 visa.
