我老公明年拿公民

大概是夏天，然後我跟著辦，率卡下來是臨時的，正式率卡的2年期限，必須是從我拿到臨時率卡算，還是從我們結婚的日期算？現在我們結婚已經一年了，希望拿率卡的時候正好是2年，那麽我就可以直接拿正式的了。

請問這樣算對麽？
