You are in great area for NIW. It is unbelieveable for what happened to your case. Did you do that by yourself or by lawyer?

Do not use H1B status as an excuse for your seeking GC again in your petition letter!!

It seems they denied your case by just challeging the third prong of NIW.

I am not quite sure if they denied your case after RFE or just after your first submission.

You really need to get help from expert in composing your good independent recom letters and appealing/petition letter.
