niw １４０／４８５被拒,re-file和appeal?

niw １４０／４８５被拒，要重新排隊了，真沮喪。我可以同時re-file和appeal嗎？appeal的目的是想救活４８５，雖然人們都說成功率很低。想自己試試，不用原來的律師行嗎？
