請問在跨國公司工作的朋友

如果你在跨國公司工作，持H1B，因為工作的關係要經常出國或回中國，你的入境簽證需要去墨西哥（或其他國家）或回國麵談嗎？還是公司在你仍在美國的時間已經幫你搞定？是多次入境嗎？有多長的有效期？十分感謝！
