My NIW ND is also 09/30 and I got RFE today. My lawyer said its language is general and he never got this kind of RFE. The list of RFE notice is very short and same as 050929's shown in "help for an unexpected NIW RFE"050929, 2005-11-28

By the way, what is the content of your RFE? And what's advice that your lawyer gave to you? Now, it seems that my lawyer does not know clearly what we need to do next. Thanks.
