CA: Submit passport in person

Just got letter from CA immigration Centre Buffalo, which ask me submit my family's passports to complete PR in Canada. I plan to bring the passports to there. Does anyone know which bus# can pass to CA immigration Centre from airport and which motel close to the Centre?
