485 pending 180天後可以換工作的嗎？

偶知道一般的來說485 pending 180天後可以換工作的，但我的例子是EB1A。

是L1A－＞EB1A　那種的，公司support的。

本並不想動這種念頭的，可是跟公司的領導鬧得不開心,實在不想浪費時間了。
