請有經驗的 J1 幫幫忙!

我是學EE, 從香港簽的J1 於6月來美。

我的簽證頁上有 " Section 212(E) does not apply"
我的DS2019表上有 " The exchange visor is NOT subject to two-year residence requirement"

請問我現在這樣可以直接申請H1b 嗎？ 因為有一家公司願意要我，打算這兩天給我發offer。 但是有人告訴我如果沒有作J1-waiver, 即使我拿到offer也是白搭，是嗎？
