look for independent review papers of citing your work if any to stress on your impacts of your work. Since you have 65 journal citations, you should have no problem to locate 2 or 3 independent review papers.
you also need to get 3-4 independent recom letters to stress on the impacts of your work on national interest.
In your RE response letter , provide a detalied deion of your wonderful history of your achievements (including the any awards, publlication, journal rank, etc, anything related to your research ability), remember you need indepenent evidence to show the impacts of your work as specified in your RFE notice.
