今天打了電話給移民局,得到了一個鬱悶的答複

是這樣子滴, 我打了1-800-375-5283, 我問,我們CONCURRENT FILE 140&485, 我用AP回國後,我回來之後是啥身份,AOS?

那個人是這麽答我的,NO, 從你的485被接受並給了RECEIPT NUMBER後,你就是ADJUST OF STATUS, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER YOU USE EAD/AP.

偶問,WHAT IF MY 140 IS REJECTED?
他答,you will be out of status.
偶問:so, concurrent file is quite risky, i means, if the I 140 is rejected, the petitioner will be out of status immediately?
他答: YES.

OH MY GOD, 我隻好祈禱老天,讓我的140通過了.

有同誌們打過類似的電話嗎,移民官咋說滴?
