請教ImmCanada，我的這個雅思分數估計可算多少移民分？

感恩節第二天，收到11月12日(舊金山)雅思考試成績
Listening: 6.0
Reading: 4.5
Writing: 5
Speaking: 6
Overall: 5.5
考得不好，尤其是閱讀，想不通居然這麽差？！

請教ImmCanada及各位有識者，
這樣的分數可算多少移民分？是否有8分還是7分？
根據加拿大移民局網站 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/qual-3-1.html#IELT
應屬Moderate (CLB/SLC 6-7)
CLB 和SLC是什麽意思？
