4. You can't work for some very important project due to the restriction of employment which require GC.

Remeber, you have to prove the points that you claim with some solid evidence, such as recommendation letters.

I only submitted independent letters in my ITD. I can't find anything else. So in the response, in addition to reorganize your older info, pay a lot of attention to your new evidence.

A: Get some professor (independent) saying that your reseach finding could be applied to their present research work. Be spcific.
Get letters from industry saying that your finding has high indurstrial potential, or is being applied to industry.

A: Explain due to the time of your publication, it is hard to get extensive citation. However, due to the importance of your work, you get e-mail request directly from someone who never know you (fake some) and provide a list of people who are interested in your research work.

A: again, more independent recommendation letters. 5 should be enough.

Explaination: I think that is very important to get well-written independent letters. The number is less important than the quality. Also make sure these referees are going to write whatever you want to put in. Some might feel uncomfortable saying something. I had one referee who deleted most of the draft that I prepared for him. So his letter is not of too much use to me although he is a professor in Harvard University. I focus more on other letters from someone else who support me without reservation.
