請教好心人：B2旅遊簽證進入美國後轉F1可以嗎？

請問持有B2旅遊簽證（剛拿到，multiple entry），進入美國後申請了學校，管理專業被錄取，轉F1容易嗎？要不要告訴學校本人已經在美國了呢？要不要再回國換簽證呢？
