I am in the same boat with you guys. Applied Apr 2003, first letter June 2003, and medical exam Apr 2004. Waiting since then. Sent an email to the immigration office at Buffalo last week, reply is background check. I am wondering how many people out there have the similar timeline. We should do something about it. It becomes ridiculous.
