I140 approved at TSC a month ago, but no approval notice yet

My I-140 was submitted on Sep.28, and got approved by checking online status.
But I haven't recieved the approval notice yet. (I filed by myself)

The current status shown last month was:
"This case has been approved. On October 21, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed ..."

I called the 1-800 number to ask about the notice after two weeks, but was told to wait 30 days to call back. Since I moved a month ago, I requested to change the address on Nov.10, and got the address change confirmation last weekend.But now, I found that my current status becomes:
"On November 10, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

I called them today (it's been one month after the case was approved), but was told to wait another 30 days since I has requested for more info on Nov. 10. And the representative cannot see the previous update about the approved case.

Does anyone know what happened to my case, or similar experience? Is only the last update shown online? Why the representative cannot find my approval info?
