Changing from H1 to F1

Hi, I came to the states 7 years ago, about 4 years ago I changed to H1, now I want to change to F1 again. I've never been out of country in this 7 years. The company filed RIR for me, but haven't heard anything yet. I never filed I140.

Do you think it will be easy or difficult for me to change back to F1?
