Yes, exactly the same. The original one for Eb1a (since my 485 with Eb1a), the copy one for NIW. I do not have much ideas for important points. I think the reference letters maybe the critical thing. I have 5 letters from outside univ (one member of academy of science, others from medium or big lab); 3 (NIH, different lab), one Chinese from previous boss in China (small lab).

Hope it can give you some hints.
