I am holding Chinese passport and the Advance Parol as the traveling document to US. Now I am in Los Angeles and want to visit a friend in Calgary Alberta. Since I go there by air, Do I need to apply a visa to Canada? Do I need a interview for the visa application in Los Angeles? Thank you for your help if you can answer my question...
