The NIW approval notice has not yet reached me. How can I do?

My NIW approved on Oct. 28.

This case has been approved. On October 28, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at [phone].

However,

The approval notice has not yet reached me. How can I do?

I called the CSC this monday,

they said the letter was mailed and has not been returned back.

Anyway,

there is no any change or updated online.

What's the next step?
